Jeffrey Woods, also more commonly known as Jeff the Killer, is the titular main protagonist of the Creepypasta short story of the same name.

What Makes Him Heinous?

• He kills his family, consisting of his parents and his brother (who he tells to go to sleep).
• He becomes a serial killer who breaks into people's homes and tells them to go to sleep before he kills them. The story opens with his attempted murder of a child and said child's father.
• Despite his sympathetic backstory being the main cause of him going insane, he's shown to have always had a sadistic and thrill seeking feeling buried deep inside of him, and said feeling rises to the surface after Randy, Troy, and Keith begin bullying him.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?

• He has a sympathetic background, as he was bullied and tormented by the trio Randy, Troy, and Keith, which results in his insanity and the reason he becomes a serial killer.
• He lacks a solid moral agency due to his eventual sheer insanity.
