Jeffrey "Jeff" Randell is the titular protagonist villain of the 2015 Latin Spanish YouTube Poop YTPH | Jeff se vuelve un asesino made by TheShoker.
He is a local kid from the town of Aberdale who is friends with Clarence Wendel and Ryan “Sumo” Sumouski. However, one day, when taken by Clarence's mother Mary to a Rough Riders Chicken restaurant for a meal, Jeff loses his sanity when he doesn't get the meal he asks for, turning into a murderer.
He was voiced (through archive recordings) by Ángel Lugo.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- Even before becoming evil, Jeff shows a vindictive side, easily getting angry at Clarence for not understanding that he just likes the fries of Rough Riders Chicken and not it hamburgers, fried chicken and soda.
- His fall to villainy happens just because the Rough Riders Chicken cashier told him that he couldn't order a "Dora the Explorer" fry order as the restaurant didn't let their employees do that. However, rather than lashing out at the cashier, Jeff resolves to target his friends apparently because Clarence got some fries Jeff wished for himself, making his "tragedy" too petty to count.
- Shoots Sumo through the head as he gets thrown off the slide of the "Poop Funny" Dungeon playpen.
- Chases after Clarence over the balls pool of the "Poop Funny" Dungeon, swimming through the balls and taking Guyler, Marlie, Dustin Conway and Nathan down under the balls, gorily killing them in a way that spills their blood just because they were obstacles on his way.
- Breaks out from the tunnels of the "Poop Funny" Dungeon by kicking off a broken window to follow a escaping Clarence on the top, even though doing this cound endanger anyone had there been someone under the tunnel, which wasn't apparently the case.
- Seemingly grabs a diamond sword of Minecraft to fight Clarence, who in turn arms himself with a wooden sword, swearing that he will kill him and succeeding, bloodilly striking Clarence with his sword, though this turns out to be non-canonical according to the video's narrator.
- Either way, this scene likely shows that Jeff was open to do that unquestionably had he been present in that scenario.
- Corners Clarence at the "Poop Funny" Dungeon's tube slide and farts on him to teach Clarence a lesson for taking away "his fries", pooping on his stomach and killing him.
- The video's thumbnail has Jeff with blood over his shirt and mouth while wielding a knife with the decapitated heads of Clarence and Sumo (with the latter lacking an eye) impaled on stakes, implying that Jeff got away with his crimes after his killing spree and claimed the heads of his former friends as trophies.
- Although Buckey O'Neill (or the actor playing him in the Rough Riders Chicken's commercial) is mentioned by the narrator to be a stupid pedophile who sold his penis to American Natives so he could found Aberdale in their lands, whatever immoral acts he commits happen offscreen and he is a resourceful adult, while Jeff is just a kid with less resources who pettily kills six of his fellow classmates, which allows him to easily yet barely stand out.
- While he cringed at Crendle for using drugs, it was likely because he was disturbed and not because he had standards against them.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is from a YouTube Poop, which means he isn't taken seriously at all due to being a parody.
- All of his crimes are played for laughs and/or black humor.
