| “ | I couldn't get past how unfair it was, you know? Because I never actually killed anyone. I only made the tools. Nobody blames Gordon Moose when someone writes malicious code on an intel machine. I kept thinking how I was not the man my obituary was going to say I was. And then I made myself a suit of Iron, and I put it on. And I killed every single man and woman who'd held me hostage. So, so much for that argument | „ |

| “ | Human Bodies--They're flawed designs from top to bottom, aren't they? Bones that can break, organs that can fail, every cell division a chance for cancer. Nothing but weak points. And we live with it because it's all we know. But I can do better. Nobody has to suffer. I can protect everyone. God made us in his own image Pepper. And we don't have to live with that mistake anymore. | „ |

Anthony "Tony" Stark, better known as Iron Man, is the titular main antagonist of the one-shot comic book Darkhold: Iron Man.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- While escaping his captors, he savagely murdered every single one of them and doesn't show any remorse for it, even joking about it with Pepper
- Alongside Pepper Potts, he plans to build a new Iron Man armor that could help him heal his wounds in battle and help people with their bodies. To do this, he corrects a mistakes and applies new details to his armor, including organ and bone regeneration, through his computer. One day following his injury, he shows his armor to Pepper Potts and asks her to take his mechanical arm off, which she agrees to do so. As Potts takes Tony's mechanical arm off, this caused him scream and groan in pain, shocking Potts with disgust. But in reality, he only builds a new variant of the Iron Man armor so he could use it to trap and mutilate people inside them as fates worse than death, this proves that Tony is lying about the improved and new version of his armor.
- Stages a lockdown that cuts all of the communication within the Stark Tower, traps Jarvis and Happy Hogan inside before both of them lose their consciousness, being dragged and trapped into the armor by Tony as Fate Worse than Death, causing fluids from their organs to gush out of the armor.
- Convinces the people of NYC to enter his new Iron Man armor before using his copies from the armor to trap and mangle people inside. While most of this was off-screen, it had on-screen affects as Potts heard their pained screams rising across NYC.
- Takes and leads Pepper Potts into an Iron Man armor that is specifically designed for her before stuffing her inside, giving her a Fate Worse than Death.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He’s far too tragic to be NPE, as he was once a kind-hearted man who, after getting injured in an unspecified battle, trapped in his own armor after a shrapnel stuck his heart and tried his best to help people by creating new Iron Man suits that regenerate organs for them. However, as time progressed, he became deformed thanks to his armor mutilating his organs and bones, causing him to use his new armor to trap people as Fate Worse than Death as a means to "help" them.
- He is an honorable anti-villain as the only reason why he used his new armor to trap people living in NYC as Fate Worse than Death was to treat their incurable illnesses through healing their organs.
- Is genuinely in love with Pepper Potts as they both worked together to treat Tony's recent injuries.
- He is affable as he is calm for most of the time and respects Pepper Potts as his lover despite her attempting to stop his efforts from using his copies of his new armor to trap and mutilate people inside them.
