Sirin (in Chinese: 西琳, Xī Lín) who is later awaken as 2nd Herrscher Herrscher of the Void (in Chinese: 空之律者, Kōng Zhī Lǜzhě), also known as Queen of the Void and many other names, is the secondary antagonist of the Honkai Impact 3rd franchise and one of the three main antagonists of the Honkaiverse as a whole (alongside Otto Apocalypse and Herrscher of the End).
She is portrayed by Wang Xiaotong and Enmai Ai in the Chinese Version, while in the Japanese version is voiced by Sakura Tange and Rie Kugimiya.

- After Honkai cure her blindness and she realize this world is not beautiful as her mother tell, she destroy destroys her village alongside her mother who was zombified by the Honkai radiation.
- Starting the Second Eruption and destroying the entire Soviet Union with hordes of zombies and Houkai beasts, resulting in millions dying in the process.
- In retrospective era. Cecilia sacrifice herself to stop Sirin.
- In reborn era. Second Eruption also kill Cocolia biological daughter, Natasha. Which lead to Otto to manipulate Cocolia by cloning her daughter name "Ninti" to make Cocolia betrayed anti-entropy in promise that he can revive Natasha.
- In retrospective era, her core fuse with Kiana. Which later turn both of them into final Herrscher and destroy the earth.
- While some Herrschers in Houkai Gakuen 2 have moral agency due to being directly influence from Houkai God itself. Sirin is not one of them.
Honkai Impact 3rd[]
- In HI3-verse, Herrscher of the Void awakes inside of Sirin and goes on a rampage to kill every scientist and staff member who worked inside of Babylon Tower (who were far from being saints themselves).
- Feeding Benares Dragon with defenseless Valkyries and combatants.
- Trying to bring Theresa Apocalypse to her side but when failed she discarded her to drown in a frozen lake.
- Bombing the entire planet Earth with meteorites, taking the lives of many millions and destroying entire countries with tsunamis, earthquakes, and explosions.
- Reviving her childhood friends as mindless puppets to make them fight for her and destroy countless human towns to make herself strong.
- Spreading terror across Siberia by summoning thousands of Honkai beasts, causing the demise of many poor villagers.
- Beating and torturing the now-defenseless Welt Young out of spite for hurting her.
- Attempting to execute Albert Einstein for "opposing" her.
- After being defeated by Siegfried's MANTIS, Herrscher of the Void leaves Sirin's body and spread Honkai Radiation across Siberia, transforming millions, including poor children (Tasha/Raven involved) into Honkai monsters or zombies in an attempt to drag everything down to death with her.
- After being sealed inside of the young clone Kiana Kaslana (K-423), Herrscher of the Void unleashed her power, causing mass-destruction and killing hundreds in a nearby Russian village. During the rampage, she managed to cut off one of Siegfried's arms.
- Years after her defeat, the world changed completely. With most of the countries destroyed, the world fell into an economic crisis that starved millions, a global epidemic caused by Sirin's Houkai monsters killed tens of millions more (stated to have killed even more than the Black Plague during the 14th century, as shown in Otto's background), eradicating entire races and species of animals. Aside from the aftermath of the Houkai War, half of all states of the world were completely obliterated by the Houkai creatures summoned by Sirin during her fight with the Valkyries of Schicksal, causing rail damage to all nations, including America and China. Many people remembered the Second Houkai War as the cause of billions of deaths, dozens of other small countries were still underwater after numerous tsunamis, all the continents of the globe ravaged by meteors and monsters, and hundreds of ruined countries clawing back from the brink of total destruction. In a crisis, the infant mortality rate increased by the thousands, the crime rate jumped to the skies, terrorist attacks became frequent, the number of civil wars increased even more in Africa, several diseases have arisen, the number of raped women had grown insanely and thousands of immigrants were targeted by organ traffickers and slave traders. Aside from that, with 4 cores of Herrscher split between Anti-Entropy and Schicksal, a new civil war between the two organizations began with the two most powerful and advanced organization fighting for territory in the continent of Europe and Asia. At the same time, the two organizations began to make human experiments on Valkyries using Sirin's Herrschers gems, causing even more deaths, with a total of more than 1,000+ Valkyries being reduced to dust after the gem showed to be incompatible with them.
- Torturing Kiana Kaslana with nightmares where she is forced to see herself killing her own friends and loved ones, including her girlfriend, Raiden Mei.
- Force Kiana Kaslana to watch her killing her own mother inside of a Simulation, taunting her with her mother's corpse.
- Uses Kiana's body to unleash her own power against the town of Singapore just to kill Fu Hua.

The planet is now to pitched into the complete dark, and that is devastating photosynthesis, destroying crop yields and cause temperatures to plunge, acid rains, and many other natural disasters around the globe.
- Using Kiana's despair, fear and depression to take control of her body once again and destroy what is little left of humanity.
- Attempting to destroy Ark City alongside the remaining humans of the world.
- In Chapter 25, she attempt one last time to take over Kiana body, try to break her spirit, and attempt to convince Kiana (Good Sirin) to joined her.
- In their final fight, she try to order Bellaness to attack Good Sirin, when Bella is not answer her order, she make her disappear.
- It later reveal that "Herrscher persona" is not a thing in Honkai Impact 3rd with very few exception, and Elysia sacrifice allow all humans herrscher host after her to have ability to control themselve. Meaning Sirin action wasn't influences by Honkai but pure vengance toward humanity by her own choice.
What Make Her Inconsistent?[]
Honkai Impact 3rd[]
- She is very heinous, but her backstory is way too tragic, having lost her mother who took care of her for the majority of her life and spending most of her childhood being experimented on and even watching her closest friend die after being drugged. A majority of her actions are also the result of her not being able to let go of her past rather than them being actions so heinous that outweigh her tragedy. This prevents her from becoming a PE as well as an NPE.
- She cares deeply for Benares and saw her as a friend even after gaining her Herrscher powers and being reincarnated in Kiana's body. She also originally considered the Seraphim Princes, Avrora, Agata and Galina, her friends, having resurrected them after they died at the hands of the scientists in the Schicksal's Babylon tower's research department.
- After Sirin was implant into K-423 body, her soul spilt in 2, the one that want to has a new life who is now inherited Kiana identity from real Kiana who is now identify as Durandal, and the one that retain her memory and vengeance toward humanity Herrscher of the Void. Make her moral agency questionable.
- However this is very minor prevention as she is already heinous before her personality spilt. Her inability to letting go of her hatred make her choose to destroy humanity. Elysia sacrifice give Herrscher born after her era freewill. More than that Cocoon of Finality can't control Herrschers actions like Will of Honkai from Gun Girl Z. Doubling down to what Kiana say "There's no such thing as good or evil Sirin. It's just their own choices."
- While she did possess Kiana and use her as her own personal vessel, she still shows a considerable amount of honor towards her by acknowledging her as her own being.
- A majority of her heinous actions come from her desire for maternal love and her believing that if she couldn't be loved, then no one could, giving her some insecurities which are played for sympathy.
- She accept her defeat when Kiana beat her with Gem of Haste that have Himeko conciseness in it, as she agree on rules that the loser will disappear and the winner will inherit the body, the powers, and the memories of the loser. She and Bella disappear from Kiana concisness at peace.
- In Animated Short: Graduation Trip, her Herrscher personality said to Kiana (Sirin's "good side") that "You've done well," symbolizing that "Evil" Sirin finally accept Good Sirin.
Gun Girl Z[]
- While HI3 Sirin eventually subvert her love for her born mother, Gun Girl Z version of her still love her mother and tried to find her.
- In Newborn Era, her backstory is explore. She's a blind girl who live with her mother being lied by her mom that the world is beautiful to make her happy. When Houkai energy make her turn into a Herrscher and make her see for the first time, she was terrified by her zombiefy mother and accidentally kill her. Don't know what her mother look like, she try to find mother. Finding the world is not beautiful like her mother said, she want to destroy everything and hope to use her power to bring her mother back.
- Because her personality is less evil than her Honkai Impact 3rd counterpart, and have a noble goal of bring her mother back. Resulting of making her even more tragic than her HI3 counterpart. It can even be say that this version of her is qualify as scapegoat.
- Unlike in HI3 where both Cecelia and Sirin died in nuclear missiles send by Otto, GGZ Sirin after feeling motherly love from her decided to save her by suck the missiles into imaginary space. She later die by her own Houkai energy in Cecilia arm.
- In Fire Moth DLC, she lend her power to help Kyuusyou stop God Kiana and God Mei.
- Eventually be revive and redeem herself with the help of Kyuusyou and Kiana.
Trivia[]
- She is the only Inconsistently Heinous on Honkai Impact 3rd. Originally she was a Pure Evil, but she became Inconsistently Heinous when her tragedy turned out to be too big and she turned out to have a little too many preventions.
- Gun Girl Z Sirin never become a clone of Kiana, and the real Kiana never become Durandal.
- She along with Koba, Black Hiver, Lord Balthazar, and The Protagonist from I'M SANE are rare examples of IH initially approved as Pure Evil that never redeemed themselves. The difference is that she and Koba are too sympathetic to be a PE, while the latter three are too comedic for the Pure Evil status.
