Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the main antagonist of the horror comedy Astrobort video "Perry's Subplot".
He's a mad scientist who began to murder Perry and use his brain to create clones of him, repeating the process of their encounters just for the fun of it.
He was voiced by the video's creator Astrobort.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- At one point in time he kidnapped Perry's mother, trapping her in a device that forces her to give birth to a new platypus for him everyday so he can have a new Perry.
- It's seen in the video Perry is restrained to a chair while he has a black eye and is bleeding, meaning that Doofenshmirtz was responsible for Perry's injuries.
- Before killing Perry, Doof adjusts the radio in a song while he picks up a buzzsaw and starts dancing in front of him while he slowly approaches Perry, all of this with the sole purpose of extending the poor Platypus' torture.
- After extracting Perry's brain while he's still alive, he re-uses the brain to create a new Perry, in the process of the clonation we get to see thousands of Perry's previous bodies, meaning this has been going on for weeks or months.
- In the end Perry is sent back to the backyard of his owner while he sheds a tear, heavily implying that Perry is trapped in some sort of loop of deaths.
- He lacks any of the canon Doof redeeming qualities or backstory, with the video solely focusing on his vile actions rather than implying he went through the same things canon Doof went.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- While he's taken seriously in-universe, it's clear the narrative doesn't play him as anything but a joke. Not only is the video based on the "Perry's subplot" memes, but Doof's first scene is meant to be a reference to Reservoir Dogs, meaning the video is only meant to portray an exaggerated and edgy version of Perry's fights with Doof, on top of that he comes from a channel that is known for creating these type of dark parodies, so the video lacks the seriousness neeeded for Doof to be PE.
