General Dox is a major antagonist in Season 2 in the Disney+ Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero series Loki.

She is a general from the Time Variance Authority (TVA), making her debut in the season 2 episode “Ouroboros” from the Loki series. When Loki revealed that their entire system was a lie created by He Who Remains, she tries to continue the system herself.

She is portrayed by Kate Dickie.

What Makes Her Heinous?

• As a general of the TVA, she was likely involved with pruning multiple timelines in the past.
• After the branches in the timeline are growing due to Sylvie killing He Who Remains, she tried to convince the council to continue pruning timelines. When she fails, she comes up with a ruse where she tells her men to look for Sylvie where, in reality, she could have several troops try to prune the timelines.
  • While Loki, Sylvie and Mobius stop her and bring her into custody, her men still ended up pruning a few timelines, giving her one of the highest kill counts in the series behind the Kang and his variants.
  • While TVA has pruning multiple timelines before, she stand out because those timelines aren't fully from universe thus have limit numbers of people live inside each time, but she prune multiple fully from timelines, making her kill counts Incalculable.
• Despite the high heinous standards of the MCU, she passes it for ordering her men to prune multiple branches in the timeline, despite other TVA members no longer wanting to do this.  

What Makes Her Inconsistent?

• She is ultimately an extremist. Her worst actions are done because she genuinely believes that the Time-Keepers warnings were true and wanted to protect the TVA.  
• She redeems herself as she refused to help Renslayer and Miss Minutes take over the TVA even with the threat of death.
• She also held a degree of respect to some of the TVA members such as Hunter B-15.

Trivia

• Dox and He Who Remains are the only villains from the Loki series to be Inconsistently Heinous.
