The French President is the overarching antagonist of "The HΩmega Man", a segment of the Simpsons episode "Treehouse of Horror VIII". He is the President of France who decides to destroy Springfield for an offensive joke.
He was voiced by Dan Castellaneta.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- When Mayor Quimby made an offensive joke about French people looking like frogs, he threatened retaliation if he did not apologize, and when Quimby did not apologize, he nuked the entirety of Springfield, which killed the majority of the population and turned all survivors except the Simpsons into brainwashed mutants.
- He presumably gets away with his actions due to never being seen again after bombing Springfield.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is not taken seriously at all, with his crimes being played entirely for dark comedy and his only scene a joke about how French people look like frogs.
- He somewhat lacks characterization due to only having a few lines and the only thing known about his personality being how easily offended he is.
