Emperor Awesome, also simply known as Awesome, is a major antagonist in Wander Over Yonder, being Lord Hater's main rival in the Galactic Villain Leaderboard.
He was voiced by Sam Riegel.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- He often goes to different planets to party, with the problem being that his parties are known to end said planets.
- He fights over a wish from a celestial being that appeared only once within thousand of years in the episode "The Picnic".
- In "The Cool Guy", he bullies Commander Peepers and later attempts to physically abuse him.
- In the episode "The Party Animal", he was shown to have destroyed 3 planets and was about to destroy the Bobbles' planet with his party.
- While he's not as heinous as Lord Dominator, he has way less resources than her, as Dominator has a ship with a drill that can destroy a planet in one stab, a powerful army of robots that can be created out of magma, a suit that gives her fire and ice powers (the latter after "My Fair Hatey"), and can turn her gloves into anything. On the other hand, Emperor Awesome is a conqueror who is the leader of a team called the Fist Fighters and has advanced technology at his disposal, yet he does the worst he can with his resources by destroying 3 planets and is the second most heinous villain in the series.
- Unlike Lord Hater, Emperor Awesome's act of destroying planets does not hinge on Fridge Horror, as the Bobbles are clearly shown to be suffering from the slow process of his party destroying their planet.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is not taken seriously enough to be NPE. While he was taken seriously by the Bobbles, out of universe, and outside of the Bobbles, he isn't.
- He helped Lord Hater be "cool" and hung out with him once, showing he has some affability.
- He can be pretty incompetent, especially when compared to Lord Hater.
- Was genuinely in love with Lord Dominator before she betrayed him.
Trivia[]
- He's the only Wander Over Yonder villain to be Inconsistently Heinous, because just conquering planets is standard villainy for the show, but straight up destroying them is something only he and Dominator have been shown to do.
