Dr. Harry Twister is the main antagonist of Attracopel: Vigilante of London. He is the head scientist of Tornadite Inc, who later becomes the Prime Minister of England. He originally appeared as just a random scientist, who was mentoring Alex Rubium/Attracopel, but it was later revealing he was just using him for his own gain.
He was voiced by The Pro-Wrestler.

What makes him Heinous?[]
- For a long time, he was organising heists, having his scientists steal from others so he could get more resources for his creations.
- He created Wolfalco with the intention of making him a personal attack dog. When Wolfalco went against him, his next animal hybrid inventions were brainwashed into loyally serving him.
- It is implied he has done unethical experiments before, but it’s not confirmed.
- He lied to Alex, pretending to be just a mentor, offering him advice and tasking him with taking down Wolfalco, but the truth is he was just using him for his own gain, and saw him as a potential minion. Heck, he was even luring Wolfalco into locations just so Alex would go fight him, just to try and boost Attracopel’s image, making him responsible for a sizeable amount of Wolfalco’s kills.
- When he reveals his true intentions, he offers Alex and Ben a chance to join, but when they refuse, he tries to kill them by blowing them up in the vault.
- He stole the energy relic, a powerful machine capable of producing extreme amounts of energy. To do so, he lied to Alex and tricked him into thinking Wolfalco was after it, so he would help him steal it.
- He bribed the nasty Cheif Harold Kruel into serving him, by telling him that he killed Attracopel, then offering him lots of money and power. He also gave him a super strength power to make him stronger.
- He forcefully takes over London, holding the Prime Minister hostage, and even kills a guard at the entrance of 10 Downing Street. He also reworked the entirety of the inside building.
- During his rule, he has scientists and brainwashed hybrids scattered around London, to enforce his “new world”, with some brutality being involved, such as some scientists attacking an innocent ice cream cashier just for not doing a “smart person discount”. While he does have good intentions with wanting smarter people to thrive so society would “advance quicker”, it’s very likely he would’ve ended up harshly treating the ones with lower IQs, even though it’s not in their control, which is really unfair. Heck, society would likely not have advanced like he claimed, as it would’ve caused a lot of tension between people.
- He tried to strip Alex of his powers.
- In a last resort, he creates a massive electric tornado, which he attempted to use to kill all of the rebels that fought against him (including an entire platoon, meaning he would have had over 50 kills if he succeeded), which would’ve also indirectly caused lots of property destruction upon being unleashed, even destroying parts of Big Ben during the formation. This was an extremely dangerous move that he knew the consequences of, yet did it in a last resort to secure his rule, not caring about the destruction it would have done.
What makes him Inconsistent?[]
- He is tragic, as he was bullied in school for being a nerd, and it is what shifted his outlook on life, as he resented how strength was seen as the best thing to have, and if you weren’t strong, you were treated like garbage. So, he wanted to eradicate this from happening any longer.
- He is a well intentioned extremist, as he genuinely thought that making intelligence the only thing that mattered would advance society forward, and makes good points about how if not for the intelligent people, society wouldn’t of come as far as it did, and thinks that if there were more, it would advance even quicker and further. He also wanted for the world to be a better place for nerds, being sick of how they constantly get treated by others.
- He is honourable, as he actually willing to spare Alex if he joined him, as a thank you for killing Wolfalco. Not only that, but he genuinely respects Alex, even after the betrayal.
- He treats his scientists well, and cares about them.
- He seems to have standards against bullying.
- He seemed to genuinely like Alex before he betrayed him, as even though he lied to him, he did genuinely sympathise with him, and was willing to actually make him a big hero if he agreed with his views. In fact, he’s responsible for him getting his powers. Even after the two became enemies, he didn’t lose his respect for him, even calling Alex’s move impressive when he manages to kill him.
