Dr. Octogonapus is the main antagonist of The LAZER Collection.
He is a parody of Doctor Octopus from the Spider-Man franchise.

- Kills several people with his Shoop Da WOOP, including Spider-Man, dooming New York to be destroyed by villains.
- Slaps a guy who interrupted him.
- Invaded a superhero's body, bursted out and killed him, leaving the city without a protector.
- Drops Randel, his own son, off a building.
- Encourages Randel to become like him.
- Kills his son with a lazer.
- Gets a customer's order wrong on purpose.
