In exactly twenty minutes, this laser beam will blow up the moon and send huge chunks of it crashing down upon every major city in the world! Then, I will rise from the rubble and take over the planet!
~ Dr. Diaper on his evil plan to Captain Underpants, George, and Harold

Dr. Diaper is the main antagonist of the first book in Dav Pilkey's Captain Underpants book series, The Adventures of Captain Underpants. He is an evil scientist who plans to blow up the moon using his Lazer-Matic 2000 and conquer the Earth.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

  • He sends two of his robot henchmen to rob a jewelry store in order to steal a large diamond for his plan to use his Lazer-Matic 2000 to blow the moon up into smaller chunks and have them crash into every major city so he can conquer the world.
  • He his robot henchmen tie Captain Underpants up after he gets sent flying into the warehouse.
  • He tried to kill George, Harold, and Captain Underpants with his Diaper-Matic 2000 after they destroyed his laser and robots.
  • In a bad future accidentally created by Tippy Tinkletrousers when he tries to escape from Captain Underpants, he succeeded in his plan to destroy the moon and destroyed all the cites, which prevents his plan from falling into Fridge Horror.
  • Although Captain Underpants has a massive heinous standard, he still stands out due to his unique method of world domination and his lack of resources as he doesn't have any superpowers.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • He is too comedic for NPE or PE as the series doesn't take anything seriously, such as him thinking that he accidentally soiled himself after George slingshotted a rubber dog poop near his feet before fleeing from the scene just to change his diaper and having a humiliating defeat where Captain Underpants shoots him in the face with a pair of underwear, covering his eyes so he can’t see the action, and ties him to a lamp post near the police station with an “Arrest me!” sign taped to his back. Despite this, he still is one of the villains in the series that are taken mildly seriously.
  • He genuinely cared for his robots as he was angered to find out that they were both destroyed by George and Harold.

Trivia[]

  • His alternate timeline counterpart from Captain Underpants and the Preposterous Plight of the Purple Potty People cannot count as Inconsistently Heinous, as he has not committed any heinous actions and is working for the police department.
