Dorothy "Dottie" Underwood is the main antagonist of the TV series Marvel's Agent Carter. She is the archenemy of S.S.R. agent Peggy Carter, being a Soviet assassin trained in the Red Room Academy and a former operative of Leviathan.
She was portrayed by Bridget Regan.

What Makes Her Heinous?[]
- Working for the Red Room, and then for Leviathan, she committed quite a lot of villainous deeds for them, one of which was the capture of Johann Fennhoff, killing his allies right in front of him and forcing him to work for Leviathan.
- Seduced Howard Stark, after which he confided in her and showed her all his inventions.
- She arrived in New York disguised as an ordinary girl to help Johann Fennhoff in a plot against Howard Stark.
- She killed Jerome Zandow so that he wouldn't reveal her and Fennhoff.
- She killed Otto Mink by breaking his neck only to take the gun away from him, after which she dragged his body into her room and hid it under the bed.
- Although she was quite friendly with Peggy and the other girls from the hotel, it was a pretense so as not to arouse suspicion.
- She brutally killed Seth Honicky by drilling his eye (although he started sexually harassing her, so it's not that he didn't deserve it).
- Having received an order from Johann to kill Peggy Carter, she smeared her lips with sleeping pills, and then, meeting Peggy, kissed her, thereby putting her to sleep. Then she was going to kill her with a knife, and did not do it only because Jack Thompson and Daniel Sousa arrived.
- Faced with Daniel Sousa, she beat him and was going to kill him, and did not do it just because he reached for the gun.
- She killed Agent Corcoran when he was about to arrest her.
- She launched Midnight Oil into the cinema, as a result of which all the viewers went berserk and tore each other apart. This gives her a very high kill count with low resources.
- It is implied that she killed Officer Pike after he found out she was a criminal.
- Helped Johann Fennhoff launch Midnight Oil in New York, which would have killed its entire population.
- Beat Peggy with a bat, while mocking her, until Peggy finally defeated her.
- After Johann's arrest, she stayed in the USA and became a mercenary. Her first order was to rob a bank, but Peggy and other agents prevented her from doing it.
- She pinned Jack Thompson down with a table when he tried to interrogate her, and demanded that Peggy came here.
- In the end, she escaped, killing a police officer in the process.
- Although she may seem somewhat funny in places, this only hides her true nature.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She is too brainwashed to be a PE or NPE, since she was trained as a cruel killer from childhood, and after that she almost completely lost her moral will, although before that she was a very friendly girl.
- She can be called an Anti-villain, since she only performed tasks for her country and tried to make it a strong power.
- She has firm standards, as she has never betrayed those she works for, even if it would benefit her. She also over time began to sincerely respect Carter, and treat her not as an enemy, but rather as an equal rival. She didn't attack her when she saw her injured, and also didn't allow anyone to interrogate her except Peggy.
- She can also be called On & Off, since in the second season she began helping Carter against Whitney Frost, and without selfish goals and at the same time knowing that Carter would not thank her for it. She also, having been captured by Frost, refused to hand over Carter to the last and did so only after Frost applied Zero Matter to her, which caused Dottie unbearable pain.
