You seem impressed with what you've shown, but I don't find it that compelling. You've sung my praise but not your own and well, I think that's pretty telling. But while we're on the subject of how I'm superb and leagues above, you ought to know I'm number one. I know that may be hard to swallow. This hurts you just as much as me. But when this song is sung you and I'll know that you're just a nobody!
~ Daniel's verse in Better Than You.

Daniel is the main antagonist of the Camp Camp second season premiere episode "Cult Camp", the holiday special "Arrival of the Torso Takers", and the fourth season episode “Camp Loser Says What?”.

He is a cult leader who resembles David and worships the god Xemüg, wanting to sacrifice the kids of Camp Campbell to him.

He was voiced by Evan Gregory.

His Evil Rankings[]

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

  • He was part of a religious cult that caused the deaths of many people, it’s shown that he killed an entire compound in a newspaper article. (On top of this another newspaper article is shown saying "WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN" implying he's done this to several other businesses or possibly other camps.)
  • He lies to David and says his old camp shut down and wants to help kids, when in reality he plans to kill them.
  • He tried replacing David as the camp counselor and nearly succeeded at it twice.
  • He brainwashes the campers of Camp Campbell and probably many others into joining his cult by putting them into a purification sauna, which uses high pressured steam as well as subliminal messaging to deconstruct psyche. (It also looks like a gas chamber)
  • He nearly got all the kids to drink poisoned Kool-Aid during an event he called “Ascension Party” to sacrifice themselves to his god, Xemüg.
  • The second time he tried to take over as camp counselor he disguised as David and manipulated them into thinking he really was David.
  • He tried to kill Max out of spite for foiling his plans to poison the campers, even asking him how he wants to die, in fact this was the only reason he came back to Camp Campbell.
  • To add insult to injury he kidnaps David and forces him to watch Max get killed by him.
  • He locks all the campers in the Mess Hall to keep them out of the way of him killing Max by having one on one sessions with each of them, it’s unknown what the sessions were about but he sent each camper to the Mess Hall afterwards.
  • He becomes The Wood Scouts camp counselor and leads them, he was able to help them defeat Camp Campbell and forced all the campers including David and Gwen to be a part of The Wood Scouts.
  • When suggesting building a moat around the camp, he locks Nikki in a cage for being a former Flower Scout.
  • He tried sacrificing Nikki to Xemüg, something he planned to do to all of Camp Campbell, which consists of mostly children.
  • During his ritual, he mentions that after Xemug is summoned he will consume the world, making him an omnicidal maniac.
  • He never cared about The Wood Scouts showing that he’s willing to sacrifice Edward when he stood up to him.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • He is very comedic, mostly in his defeat which are played for laughs, and his entire plan in "Cult Camp" is a parody of the massacre that happened in Jonestown.
  • He also has shown a bit of incompetence during some moments.
  • He is loyal to Xemüg since he followed his commands and built a temple for him when he was told to build one by “Xemüg”, since he thought it was actually Xemüg despite being Max and the Wood Scouts in disguise.

Trivia[]

  • Daniel is currently the only villain from Camp Camp to be Inconsistently Heinous.
