Commander Shpiggs is a recurring antagonist within The Rosie Movie tetralogy, serving as the main antagonist of The Rosie Movie 1: Grounded for Eternity and The Rosie Movie 3: Double Trouble, and a mention character in The Rosie Movie 2: Sibling Rivalry. He is first seen to be an observer of Rosie and her actions waiting for her to be banished so he can exert power over Earth for reasons that aren't entirely known why.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- In general, he's a ruthless, genocidal alien who stops at nothing to wreak havoc over the world.
- When Rosie is banished, he turns almost every person on Earth into hobos in an attempt to rule over Earth with an ironfist.
- He usurps powers within the evil dimension and uses that power to go to war with the normal dimension.
- Orders the evil Anderson family to torture and kill Rosie's family and friends by:
- Impaling Miss Martin in the head with a metal pole.
- Ejecting Dora into space without a space suit.
- Brutally shooting Boris and Doris to death until they're reduced to nothing but skull and bones.
- Beating Caillou and then blowing off his entire head.
- He launches a gigantic missile to hit Earth and wipe out humanity.
- He weaponizes several hobos during his battle with Goddess Rosie, endangering all of their lives. Although he repeatedly refers to hobos as "mindless", it is evident that he is aware they are still fully conscious beings beneath their near-robotic desires for money and wax paper.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- Ultimately his character is played for laughs and not really taken that seriously to be NPE:
- He willingly decided to turn people into hobos who only ask for money for wax paper instead of outright killing them.
- Boris very weakly attacked Sphiggs while as a hobo. There's a two-second pause in the scene in which Boris gets brutally kicked and dies almost instantly.
- When fighting against Rosie, his whole body puffs up like a balloon after Rosie farts in his mouth.
- He was defeated by Rosie twice, both via anal impalement; the first time by having his own ship shoved up his anus, and the second time by having a missile shoved up his anus.
- Even though the tragedy of losing his daughter, Daisy, is rendered invalid (due to already being a terrible person before losing his daughter), he and his daughter clearly express a mutual care and loyalty to each other, as when Daisy thought Rosie killed Shpiggs, she enacted retribution onto Rosie and Caillou, which Shpiggs would also do when he found out Daisy was killed by Rosie. However, the relationship between Shpiggs and Daisy isn't really touched upon that much, so it is a minor prevention.
