Cody Nutkiss is one the two tritagonists (alongside Joseph) of the SML YouTube series.
He is one of Junior's best friends, and often assists him or turns against him.
He is primarily voiced by Chris Netherthon/Pablo Sanchez, who also voices several other characters throughout the series. However, he is portrayed by Lovell Stanton in the remake of "The Bake Sale!", Chilly Jimenez in "Jeffy's BIG Easter!", and Lance Thirtyacre in a few other episodes.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- In "SuperPowers", while he first starts off with mostly innocent pranks while he has the transformation ability, he later "bangs" Bowser while disguised as Chef Pee Pee and proceeds to brag to Junior about having done it.
- When he gets a remote that allows him to freeze time in "The Remote", he gets a remote and repeatedly rapes Bowser Junior and Joseph for 5 whole years, meaning he has raped an individual the most in the entire series.
- What makes it worse is that Bowser Junior and Joseph were only 9 years old at the time, and he was 9 years old too, so he’s one of the few SML characters to rape minors while being a minor.
- Not only that, but when Junior uses the remote to punch Chef Pee Pee, he thinks that's too much and decided that the remote is dangerous. Which considering how he used the remote for his twisted desires, this makes him look like a complete hypocrite.
- In “1 2 Switch Bodies” after Cody and Chef Pee Pee switch bodies, he uses the chef’s body to “bang” on Bowser. This is the second time he did this while being Chef Pee Pee.
- Though he hates and is easily heartbroken when Ken "cheats on him" or shows attraction towards other men or women, he on some occasions shows attraction towards Junior, Joseph, Chef Pee Pee, Junior's dad and/or Brooklyn Guy, and sometimes openly admits his sexual desires towards them, even though he is in a relationship with Ken, showing his massive hypocrisy. To be fair, Ken is an inanimate object, but regardless, Cody doesn't seem to have any qualms of trying to kiss or have sex with other men or boys, even though he hates it when Ken "shows" attraction towards someone else or "cheating" on him.
- He has done stalking and voyeurism, as he stated he recorded people having sex, and it's also implied he has illegal files on his camera, as he was worried that the FBI might come looking for his camera.
- He has on a few occasions, even when he didn't have the remote, attempted to rape or murder both Junior and Joseph.
- In "Bowser Junior Needs Help", he attempted to rape Junior and Joseph when both of their heads were stuck in between the bunk bed by humping, spitting, and using whip cream.
- In "SicKEN", he tries to murder not only Joseph but also Chef Pee Pee and Bowser to get back at Junior for breaking his Ken doll.
- In "Chicken Pox", he kills Junior by smashing him after he turns into an egg, though it's almost impossible to feel sympathy for Junior given his own crimes.
- In "Cody's Accident!", after he accidentally knocks Chef Pee Pee out with a teapot and mistakenly thinks he has killed him, he tries to strangle Joseph to death when he finds out about this instead of being resonable and explaining what happened.
- He gives Bowser Junior a code in order to nuke the entire North Pole, making him responsible for all the deaths that happen there.
- He wished for everyone in the world to be as gay as him, showing he has no care for messing with someone's sexuality if it means he gets what he wants. Since 2 people of the same gender can't have babies, this would have eventually indirectly caused the extinction of humans on Earth.
- He makes Harry incredibly stupid so that he dumps his cure for cancer on the floor while not knowing what it is, disregarding all the people who would slowly die from cancer, all just to beat him in a competition.
- In "The Baby Project", he has sex with the baby doll he and Joseph were caring for. While it was just a doll, the comments he made and the way he reacted when his teacher found this out indicate he would still do it with his own actual baby, showing his incestuous tendencies and infantophilia.
- In "Hide and Seek", he tries to rape Junior's dog, Chompy.
- He ends up allowing Bowser Junior to use a button to kill Mr. Goodman just to get a pack of Hubba Bubba.
- He assists Jeffy in kidnapping Santa Claus with Junior.
- In "Fat Junior", he reveals that he constantly watches a video of someone being killed by Woh He Big by sitting on their face so he can get off to it. To reiterate, he constantly exploits a person's death for sexual purposes.
- In "Cody's Revenge", he enslaved Junior by blackmailing him with a photo of an item Junior broke, forcing him to do what Cody told him to so Cody can get rid of the photo, or he will go to military school.
- This Event would mean that Cody would be Indirectly responsible for all the trauma and PTSD he would get (i.e. getting his Thomas toy burned and his change in behavior).
- He even used this opportunity to torment and manipulate Junior into doing very unpleasant demands such as drawing Cody and Ken as hunky in a drawing, as well as getting too personal with smacking Ken's naked body after undressing him, calling Cody "hunky god" and even giving him a sensual belly rub.
- He even intended to record Junior admitting the sun is a star to villify and expose Junior's stupidity by posting it on the internet.
- In "Cody The Magician", he does a trick that made it look like Joseph died, making Junior become depressed. Later, it's revealed that he trapped Joseph in Junior's ass for an entire year.
- In "Junior's Embarrassing Video", after being forced to write 500 pounds of an essay, he decides to blame Junior, even though he had nothing to do with it at all, blackmailing him and forcing him to write a 500-word essay.
- In "Cody's Mistake", he, Bowser Junior and Joseph bury Chef Pee Pee in the sand and allow tidal waves to drown him as revenge for destroying their sandcastle. While Chef Peepee destroying their sandcastle was a dick move, he didn't deserve to be left for dead.
- In "The Class Pet", he, Junior and Joseph tie Penelope up and then lock her in a closet for wanting to tell the teacher that Junior killed the class pet, Crabcake, to be fair though it's hard to feel sorry for Penelope due to how mean she is.
- In "Joseph's Grandparents!" he and Junior prank call Joseph and impersonate his grandparents, later indirectly causing his real grandparents to die when Junior's lie about Joseph's grandparents dying comes true.
- In "Junior's Sleepover Mission", he helps Penelope in her goal to commit genocide on all boys despite liking them and being one by sending them to Jupiter, and when Junior and Joseph attempt to call the police, Penelope erases their memories and Cody lies to them by saying they got in a car accident in a game of Truth or Dare, getting off scot-free for his and Penelope's crimes.
- In "Charleyyy Gets Arrested", he and Junior break Charleyyy out of jail.
- In "Junior's Black Eye", he punches Junior over a pencil and becomes a huge bully towards him.
- In "The To Go Box", he helps Junior attempt to rob a bank.
- In "Jeffy's Penny", he, along with Junior, Jeffy, and Joseph, steal all the money Chef Pee Pee got from selling his kidney, making the theft especially monstrous, and use it to go to New York to drop a penny from the Empire State Building to see if it can actually kill someone. Cody believed it would and that someone would die from this, which would count as attempted murder. He also abandons Jeffy to take the fall while he and the others get away with their crimes unpunished.
- In "Cody's Handcuffs", he handcuffed Junior just because of Ken disappearing due to Juniors actions. And later in the video, he lies saying that he and Junior are sitting in the same desk because they are dating, forcing Junior to kiss him which backfires because someone pulled the fire alarm. And in the end of the video, he reveals that he was lying about the handcuffs meaning everything Junior went through was pointless.
- In "Jeffy Gets Framed", he along with Junior and Joseph lie that Jeffy broke the vase, meaning Jeffy falsely takes the blame.
- In "Cody's Butterfingers!", he fakes having buttery fingers just to get Junior to lick his fingers, meaning he dropped a baby and the ashes of Braxton's grandparents on purpose.
- In "Junior Doesn't Go To Whack A Mole Land", he kills a bunch of moles for personal enjoyment.
- In "The Pirate Ship", he ate a live parrot to get invited to a pirate ship, even forcing Junior to eat one just to join. While the parrot he forced Junior to eat wanted to die, Junior was still disturbed with eating live animals and didn't want do it.
- In "The Ancient Egg", he mentions having killed numerous people and burning down entire villages while looking for Maple Syrup.
- In "Jeffy's YES Day!", he and Junior give Jeffy a watch then tells him to use it to hypnotize Marvin so he'll do what Jeffy wants. He also says the watch belonged to his great-great-grandfather and openly admits he doesn't care about him, even saying Jeffy can break it for all he cares.
- In “Cody Plays Tennis”, in a fit of jealousy of not being on the Mario Tennis Aces roster, he threatened to cut off the faces of Junior and Joseph so he would take their places in the game.
- In "Cody's Stolen Penny", he throws a big tantrum over Junior supposedly stealing his penny, even going to the point of calling the cops on him for petty reasons.
- In "Junior Kidnaps Penelope", he aids Junior into kidnapping Penelope and framing bully for it just to get Junior back with her.
- In “Jeffy’s Voice Changer” he used his voice changer item to impersonate Margot Robbie so he could have sex with Chef Pee Pee. Luckily for Chef Pee Pee, the voice changer stopped working due to it's battery dying. This counts as attempted rape by impersonation as Cody pretended to be someone else to have sex with someone.
- In "SuperPowers 3", after realizing he can turn invisible, he attempts to use that to try to rape people with Junior, Joseph and Brooklyn Guy only to fail except with Chef Pee Pee and a robber.
- In “The Toy Ray” he turned a man dressed as Spider-Man into a toy along with Tom Brady as well because Junior, himself, and Joseph thought that the invention was cool and wanted to test it out as much as they could. It is revealed that this toy is basically dying, as those who are transformed into one can never come back and are frozen.
- In "Junior's Real Name!" Cody along the others begin to torment Junior by calling him his real name in a mocking way as they made it sound like a bad name, so when Junior tried to pretend that he changed his name to make others feel better, Cody and others would act sad that Junior changed his name. Once Junior reveals the truth, Cody and others begin to torment him again and the end reveals they know "Justin" is a normal name but use it as an excuse to torment Junior.
- In "Cody's Big Move!", Cody admitted that he killed Harry, explaining why Harry stopped appearing in SML episodes.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is very often played for laughs due to the comedic nature of the series.
- He has been shown to have genuine standards at times, and while he still commits crimes he has standards against due to Bowser Junior, he hates doing them.
- He is On & Off, as he sometimes does heroic stuff such as defeating Vladimir Smirnov and trying to save or at least help others. Added on the fact he's usually affable and is also sometimes portrayed in an anti-villainous role, which also makes him in the grey zone.
- He does have some people he genuinely cares for despite sometimes trying to murder or rape them, like Bowser Junior, Joseph, his parents, Luke Emia, and not to mention his boyfriend Ken.
- He is shown to be genuinely remorseful for some of his actions, for example, when he deliberately assisted Junior in scamming Papa John's and getting Mr. Potato Head fired in the process, he initially wanted to give half of the million dollars he, Junior, and Joseph have received, but gave all of the money away to Mr. Potato Head after seeing what he has went through thanks to his, Junior's, and Joseph's actions. In "The Cheerleading Competition!", he felt bad for him and Junior for ruining Heidi's life by giving her AIDS (although to be fair, he and Junior were tricked into believing that the syringe contained steroids and she didn't have AIDS in the end) and giving laxative to her just so he and Junior can cheat their way into winning the competition, and even tried to drop out of the competition.
- You can argue that he's the way he is because of his parents being weird at best or abusive at worst make him a villain by proxy.
- He is a scapegoat and insecure, due to constantly being abused by Junior, Joseph, Brooklyn Guy, Jackie Chu and sometimes even his parents. Which is shown in “Cody Dies” where his parents were having sex while driving, Cody was in the car, so because of Cody’s parents getting distracted Cody died in a car accident, his parents felt no actual sadness at Cody’s death, and he only survived because Junior and Joseph revived him.
