Claude Speed is the main protagonist of the 1999 video game Grand Theft Auto 2, the fourth installment of the Grand Theft Auto franchise.
His goals is to incite as much chaos throughout his city, Anywhere City, and to become the most powerful criminal while working with and/or for several crime lords.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- Although he works with several crime lords and gangsters throughout the game, none of this is out of loyalty and is strictly out of manipulation and pragmatism. This is evident as he has no problem betraying and even killing those he works with throughout the game.
- He kills several innocent pedestrians to get the SWAT team’s attention by either shooting or running them over.
- He kidnaps a guy named Shady and then kills him by putting him in a car crusher.
- He partakes in 60 different Kill Frenzies, which involves killing several police officers and innocent pedestrians.
- Kills the gang boss of a gang called the Yutes.
- Kills a biologist, Doctor Cubana, even though the latter was tortured by a gang called the Yakuza.
- Blows up a lab that contained medicine which would've cured insanity all over the world.
- Kills many taxi drivers and takes one to the car crusher to get crushed and killed.
- Started a gang war between the Yukuza and the Zaibatsu.
- Kills a police chief by replacing their car with another one that was rigged with explosives.
- Invaded a prison and caused a riot inside while also killing all of the guards.
- Picks up 4 Zaibatsu operatives with a stolen taxi and uses a crane to drop it in the sea with the operatives in it.
- Drives and picks up many Rednecks and Z-Men to the Scientist Research Center where a scientist, Dr. LaBrat, uses his SRS Clones to kill them.
- Kidnaps Dirk’s blind grandfather and takes him to the SRS scientists to get experimented on.
- Using a Firetruck attached with a flamethrower to burn and kill several Rednecks.
- Poisoned a member of the Russian Mafia which started a war between them and a gang called the Krishna.
- As a facade of a bus driver, he kidnaps a group of people and then puts them in the meat processing plant where they are being turned into human hot dogs and then serving their remains to a restaurant.
- After succeeding his goals and killing all of the criminals he worked with, his actions caused the city, Anywhere City, to go through a destructive and terroristic state, where many people are either killed or having to endure the terror he had committed.
- Although most of the protagonists from the franchise have redeeming qualities and are On & Off, Claude stands out as the only one who lacks them and is considered the vilest protagonist.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is Insufficiently Characterized to the point of being a Generic Doomsday Villain due to showing no signs of personality throughout the game.
