Chris Tall Balls is the overarching antagonist of the SML YTP: Jeffy’s Death Note!. He is a wizard and fortune teller who is the owner of the Death Note that Jeffy took from his store.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

After Mario gave him 5$ to hear his fortune, Chris asked for 10$ more dollars for no reason, effectively stealing from him.
He told Jeffy that he would have his balls cut off which caused Jeffy to destroy a bunch of stuff in his store and find the Death Note.
He killed Jeffy with a laser that came out of his donut. While Jeffy deserved it for all the people he killed, it was still brutal.
He destroyed the Earth by writing its name in the Death Note for no real reason.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

He is too comedic to be PE or NPE, due to coming out of a YouTube Poop and having all of his crimes be played for laughs.
He somewhat lacks characterization, as he doesn’t have many lines aside from his catchphrase and has an ambiguous motivation behind his crimes.
