Character specifically made to be a Complete Monster or nicknamed Generic Evil Lord is the overarching protagonist of the Mega Jack Horner Cinematic Universe.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
In General[]
- He has full moral agency. He could be good, but he knowingly choses to be evil instead, even rejecting redemption. He is fully aware that he is evil and he accepts it.
- He is never depicted as tragic, affable, or sympathetic in any way.
- Has characterization now of wanting to kill all Moral Wiki Scaling Characters just for spite.
- While the heinous standards of the Villains Wiki Chronicles are high, it stands out for being responsible for others to follow Mega Jack Horner's killing sprees making him responsible for their kills that allow him to standout and outdo NPE Killer despite having more resources than him. He doesn't hold back to do worse save for uncover or ruse reasons unlike everyone else.
Mega Jack Horner Cinematic Universe[]
- He ate countless babies.
- Even if he was hungry, this does not justify said action as he could have eaten something else.
- For reasons unknown, he stole from and doxxed multiple people.
- He turned all of humanity across multiple multiverses into immobile worms incapable of feeling any of the five senses and cannot die, giving them a fate worse than death.
- He psychologically tormented a girl by creating an monster to kill her parents and friends. This girl would grow up to be the Retcon Goddess, who would retcon stuff for her own amusement making him responsible for her crimes.
- When he saw Mega Jack Horner doing his PE Massacre he got the idea to make more like him and so he manipulated the Moral Wiki Scaling Killers getting then removed from their respective wikis or give them the idea to do them and made them commit massacres in an effort to destroy characters in the Moral Scaling Wikis out of boredom and spite.
- It makes him responsible for Audery the Destroyer Il, Vamikioleena, Jackson Cyclone, Sentinel Unicronus, Emperor Shen, Dakiegoash, Killer Hicks, and Tricky The Jester's massacres which resulted in infinite multiverses being destroyed or thrown into chaos.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is a parody of Complete Monster/Pure Evil proposals on the Villains Fanon Wiki that would not be approved due excessive amounts of unrealistic shock value and thus isn't meant to be taken seriously.
Trivia[]
- It was initially deleted for having no story and relying on shockvalue but once it was incorporated into the Mega Jack Horner Cinematic Universe where it was fleshed out and give characterization, not to mention heroic opposition his page was restored.
