Psychopaths/sociopaths are Inconsistently Heinous villains who have antisocial personality disorder, and thus tend to possess tendencies for violence and manipulation, and a fundamental lack of empathy.

Do not add Mentally Ill, Psychotic or Dissociative villains into this category as mentally ill, psychotic, and dissociative villains have varying degrees of detachment from reality and are not completely in control of their actions, whereas psychopaths are fully aware of reality and have full control over their actions.
