Parodies

Inconsistenly Heinous villains who are direct parodies of other villains, heroes, or real-world figures. Alternatively, they could be parodies of character archetypes rather than specific characters (for example, Evil Bratt is a parody of the 80s trend of having edgy "cool kids" be the main characters of sitcoms). Parodies are done only for comedy purposes and, as such, are not meant to be taken too seriously preventing them from being NPE or PE (all YTP villains for example, are in this category).

Big Jack Horner, Mario, G-Toilet, Sweet Pete, Cell, Heavy, Shrek, Dr. Eggman and Oscar are good examples of parodies.

By default, these should fall under Comedic. This also means they're always Laughably Evil.
