I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN YOU WOULD HAVE USED MY [Ring] FOR [Evil]! OH, [Right]. THAT'S WHY I SOLD IT TO YOU
~ Spamton G. Spamton hypocritically calling Kris out for slaughtering several denizens of the Cyber World and then acknowledging the hypocrisy of his statement.
Kyle: What about Ike, huh mom? Did you forget that your own adopted son is Canadian?

Sheila: [shaken] I'm... I-I-I'm doing very important things...

~ Kyle Broflovski calling out Sheila Broflovski for hypocritically starting a war on Canada, despite the fact that her adoptive son, Ike, is Canadian.
Lawyer Kong: Heh, this is the end, it seems cause your team's flimsy schemes are through! Your antics are too extreme!
Meggy Spletzer: Objection! Violence, separation, non-negotiation, is this segregation, peace for our nation?
SMG4: You guys bring peace? Don't give me that crock! Sure, you can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?
~ Meggy and SMG4 calling out Lawyer Kong for hypocritically claiming that they’re extreme

Inconsistently Heinous villains who foist a standard on others but who violate said standard and fail to practice what they preach. A reason behind their hypocrisy is that they believe in their own lies or they are egotists who think the rules should not apply to them and only others.

Hypocrites can also originally be villains who had tragedies that used to be real, till they became total hypocrites due to being too ruthless to be excused as their actions completely go against their tragedy, making them liars. Pythor P. Chumsworth is a good example since he was imprisoned in the middle of a dry desert for decades, yet he attempted to get exact revenge on those who had nothing to do with his tragedy and mistreated other Serpentine who suffered a similar fate.
