Inconsistently Heinous villains who show genuine honor in some form of way such as:

1. Displaying mercy towards some people and/or creatures be it because of a moral code or out of sympathy (e.g. Zaheer, Joker, Scarlet Witch(MCU), Bryce Walker, Jason Voorhees, and Sweeney Todd).
2. Holding up the ends of deals that they have made, be it with opponents or allies (e.g. Hades, Tomura Shigaraki, Thanos, and Giygas).
3. Being fair, be it in fights like giving opponents advantages, or just in anything in general (e.g. Kokushibou, Idate, John Kramer, Kuvira, and Zeta).
4. Displaying loyalty and/or respect towards certain people that is genuine (e.g. Batman The Silenced, Trevor Philips, Walter White, Megatron, and Henry J. Waternoose III).
5. Simply having some or all of the above mentioned factors (e.g. Davy Jones, Darth Vader, Gus Fring, Rick Sanchez, Dr. Fry, Count Bleck, Saul Goodman, Count Dooku, Bowser, and Golbez).

They are usually the opposites of Cheaters, although is possible for both categories to overlap if a villain cheats in some areas but genuinely shows honor in others (e.g. Eric Cartman, Herrscher of the Void, Catra, Mr. Krabs, Gruntilda, Harley Quinn's version of the Joker, and Plankton).
