Pretty, isn't it? Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
~ Thanos showing a young Gamora a balancing dagger, comparing it to his goal to bring "balance" to the universe by erasing half of its population.
I'll kidnap a thousand children before I let this company die! And I'll silence ANYONE WHO GETS IN MY WAY!
~ Mr. Waternoose revealing his well-intentioned but extreme method to stop the energy crisis and save his company to Sulley
America is diseased. Rotten to the core. There's no saving it. We need to pull it out by the roots. Wipe the slate clean! BURN IT DOWN! And from the ashes, a new America will be born! Evolved, but untamed! The weak will be purged, and the strongest will thrive. Free to live as they see fit. They'll make America GREAT again!
~ Senator Armstrong explaining his well-intended, yet exceedingly damaging remedy to America's corruption.

Inconsistently Heinous villains who have well-intentioned goals but use extreme methods to achieve them. They are similar to Anti-Villains, though they differ from Anti-Villains in that they may not even care for those who they're trying to achieve an admirable goal for, may not have nearly as many redeeming qualities, may not have any sympathetic motivations, are harder to redeem (though not impossible to redeem), and they will go farther than an Anti-Villain will to achieve an admirable goal.

NOTE: Do NOT add Inconsistently Heinous villains of the Not-So Well Intentioned Extremist type who commit horrible acts out of their own twisted, debased, hypocritical, delusional, misguided and self-serving causes, they should go under Delusional, Terrorists, Vengeful, and/or Jingoists. They may lie, subvert, doubtfully claim or even erroneous sincerely believe that they have good intentions, but their goals are nowhere close to noble
