Inconsistently Heinous characters who are mysterious in either their motives and/or origins. Not a lot is informed about who they are or where they come from, thus leaving many unanswered questions even after their final moments in their works.

Because of their enigmatic nature, these types of Inconsistently Heinous characters usually have a lack of enough characterization as a reason as to why they are inconsistent (e.g. Chara, Solaris, The Fog of Lost Souls, and Megabug).
