~ Darth Vader to Obi-Wan Kenobi.
This is gonna be nothing more than a warning shot. We'll pull those false heroes down from their shining pedestals... And, in doing so, we'll create a bright new future for this world.
~ Dabi to the Vanguard Action Squad.

Inconsistently Heinous villains who believe that their villainous actions are noble.

NOTE: Villains who only think of themselves as higher than others and are self-righteous (e.g. Azula, Flowey and Thanos) do not qualify. Those should go under Arrogant and/or Egotists instead.

Also, villains who acknowledge their own evilness and take pride in it, do not qualify. They should go under Card-Carrying Inconsistently Heinous instead. They can only qualify if they meet the aforementioned criteria.

Their Heroic counterparts are Misguided Inconsistently Admirable Heroes.
