Inconsistently Heinous villains who are made out of or are the embodiment of evil and/or darkness. These types of villains are often amoral due to them being "Made of Evil", but others may have clear moral agency, but have mitigating factors that are too large to be NPE, and or have no redeeming qualities but too comedic.
