Inconsistently Heinous villains who are aware that they are evil and take great pride in it.

They are the opposite of Delusional villains. However, they are not mutually exclusive as some villains know their actions are evil yet believe their goals are noble and still worth it all (e.g. Trevor Philips, Dutch Van Der Linde, He Who Remains, Poison Ivy, Kurumi Tokisaki and Mitsuko Souma).
