Barbarians

Inconsistently Heinous villains who are extremely hostile and violent, with a desire to rule everything with brute force. They also tend to be savage.

While most Barbarians are portrayed semi-intellectual ferals and usually don't use their intelligence, there are also exceptions where these villains can be very smart and at times even hit the Mastermind category (e.g. Bowser, Thanos, Kratos).
