Adaptational Inconsistently Heinous

Inconsistently Heinous which was not so in the original work, fanworks included. There are two possibilities.

• Inconsistently Heinous who were Pure Evil or Near Pure Evil in the original but whose actions were toned down, given more sympathy and/or played for laughs too much (e.g. Light Yagami, Bullseye, Joker, Megatron, Chucky, Sweeney Todd, Bill Cipher, and Emperor Belos).
• Inconsistently Heinous who were heroes or villains who failed to meet the heinous standards in the original work (e.g. Mario, Winnie the Pooh, Catra, Mr. Incredible, Shadow the Hedgehog, Goofy, Danyell Radcliff and Baldi).

They are the opposite of Preserved Inconsistently Heinous and the counterparts to Adaptational Inconsistently Admirable.
