Cat Blanc is the titular main antagonist of the Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug episode of the same name.
He is an akumatized version of Cat Noir hailing from a dystopian alternate timeline where Marinette and Adrien know each others' identities. After his father, also known as Hawk Moth, threatened him into making a choice whether to kill his father or his girlfriend, he has a breakdown where he wipes out the entirety of Paris.
He is voiced by Benjamin Bollen in the original French version and by Bryce Papenbrook, whom also voiced Eren Yeager from Attack on Titan and Meliodas from Seven Deadly Sins in the English dub.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- Destroyed all of Paris during his breakdown after becoming akumatized through instant petrification, including Ladybug and Hawk Moth. While accidentally on his part, not to mention that Hawk Moth completely deserved it, he couldn't reverse everything after what he did.
- Tried to get Ladybug's Miraculous to make a wish to create a world where the two are happy.
- After Ladybug refuses to give him her Miraculous, he threatens to destroy the entire universe, charging up a Cataclysm blast that far eclipsed the galaxy.
- While the heinous standard of his series is high, one could argue he is the single most heinous character, as while Hawk Moth also destroyed the universe, he would re-create it with Natalie alive. Cat Blanc however threatened to destroy the universe and would leave it in ruin.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is genuinely very tragic, as he is a lonely teenage boy whose father manipulated him, after revealing his mother is in a coma and that he is the supervillain Hawk Moth, into getting akumatized and was forcing him to kill his girlfriend.
- Due to the akuma, he has moral agency issues, and remaining alone in Paris clearly impacted on his mental health even more.
- He redeems himself after Ladybug captures his Akuma.
