Casandra, also known as Cassandra, is the main antagonist of Pico’s School and a playable character in Pico Roulette, and the overall main antagonist of the Pico franchise as a whole.
She was the leader of the goth punks, a school gang who committed mass murder and almost fully succeeding. She was a Neo-Nazi. She is also Pico’s archenemy, even though she had a crush on him.

What Makes Her Heinous?[]
- She started the goth punks and became their leader, who would murder a lot of people and leave the school in a bloody mess.
- She slaughtered everyone except for Pico in her classroom and went on to continue her murders.
- She murdered two of her henchmen who didn’t even betray her.
- She attempts to kill Pico by either crushing him or incinerating him.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She redeems herself in an alternate version of the game.
- She has genuine love for Pico, as she only tried to kill him when he was stopping her plans.
- Ultimately, Pico’s School is a parody, so she can’t be NPE.
