King Bowser Koopa is the main antagonist of Nintendo's Super Mario franchise, and is considered to be by far one of the most well-known video game villains. While his canon counterpart is Inconsistently Heinous, over the years several other versions of Bowser have appeared who are also considered to be Inconsistently Heinous.
