Blutarch Mann is one of two secondary antagonists from the valve game Team Fortress 2. He is the founder and CEO of Builders League United and Twin brother/rival of Redmond Mann, Brother of Gray Mann and Son of Zepheniah Mann.

He is voiced by Nolan North, who also voiced Redmond in the same series, Dr. Edward Richtofen in Call of Duty: Zombies, and Martin Walker in Spec Ops: The Line.

What Makes Him Heinous?

• He convinced Zepheniah Mann to buy worthless land in new Mexico.
• He hired men to kill Redmond Mann for their father's inheritance.
• He dug up the grave of and looted the corpse of Radigan Conagher.
• When he loses in Scream Fortress, he take the the RED team to hell with him.
• When he wins in Scream Fortress, he sends his own team to hell so he doesn't have to pay them.
• He bribed the RED Team in Scream Fortress.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?

• He belongs in Team Fortress, a series where almost no one is taken seriously. Because of this, he has way too many comedic and incompetent moments to be NPE or even PE.
• When push comes to shove he can work together with his brother even if it's for rather selfish reasons.
• Despite hating Redmond he genuinely loved his father.
