Black Suit is the main antagonist of the 2021 roleplay RPG game Blue Archive Story Part 1, serving as the secondary antagonist in The Foreclosure Task Force arc, and a supporting character in the Where All Miracles Begin arc. He is an enigmatic historian and archaeologist who wants to research the history and technology of Kivotos, and is the first member of Gematria.

What Make Him Heinous?[]
- He allied himself with the Kaiser Corporation to run experiments towards Abydos High School for his own amusement.
- He instigated Kaiser PMC Director oppressing Abydos High School behind the scenes to experiment with instilling fear into Hoshino.
- He had been trying to recruit Hoshino for years before Sensei came to Abydos, offering to forgive Abydos's debts in exchange for an experiment to inject Terror into Hoshino, and his behind-the-scenes maneuvering led the Kaiser PMC director to drive Abydos's debts even higher, forcing Hoshino to sign with him directly.
- He locked Hoshino in a lab and sadistically asked her if it wouldn't be an interesting enough experiment if the Abydos School was taken over by the Kaiser Corporation and made into a private school under private control.
- He justifies his actions with the logic that those with more power exploit those without, and those with more knowledge exploit those without.
- When his experiment ended in failure, he got away with it because he blamed the Kaiser PMC director for all the crimes he had committed within Abydos.
- He provided Beatrice with the Defense Program of the Nameless Priests, indirectly aiding Beatrice in her crimes.
- Despite the Blue Archive's high standards, the experiments the Black Suit is about to perpetrate on Hoshino are so unique and brutal that he meets the standards for heinous enough. Also, he only admitted to being defeated by Sensei, but still has no regrets about the psychological torture and cruel experiments he subjected to on Hoshino.
What Make Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is on & off with a few anti-heroic roles. He shows that he is willing to perform many heroic acts for Sensei, whom he considers his friend. Furthermore, although he is contract-oriented and pragmatic, he gave Sensei information about the Boat of Utnapishtim during the invasion of The Colors, including Iridescent, without receiving anything in return, and without his information, Kivotos would have been destroyed by Bad Future Shiroko.
- He genuinely cares for and respects Sensei. He encouraged Sensei to join Gematria, and when his plan was thwarted by Sensei, he showed the honor of admitting defeat and freeing Hoshino. He also insisted to Beatrice that turning Sensei into an enemy was too risky and that she should welcome him as an ally, and he sought Sensei out during the Iridescent invasion and genuinely advised him that Gematria was gone and that if he played the grown up card too much, he would meet the same tragedy as they had.
- He has genuine respect for the other members of Gematria except for Beatrice. First of all, Gematria is not a group that seeks world domination, but rather a group of researchers who have come together for their own research purposes, so there is no leader; he only acts as a mediator and sees the other members, except for Beatrice, as researchers on an equal footing with him. He is also wary of Beatrice because she does not fit in with Gematria's ideology and wants to kill Sensei unconditionally, and he wants to use the artistic values they have created simply as a terrorism and war tool.
- He has some standards, He's very wary of abandoning his position as a researcher and descending into madness, and expresses disgust at Beatrice's plan to wipe out the entire human population of Kivotos by calling in chroma just for the petty reason of losing to Sensei.

- For now, he is the only Inconsistently Heinous member of the Gematria. And he is the only adult among the Blue Archive Inconsistently Heinous.
