Billy is a recurring antagonist in the SML YouTube series. He is a parody of the puppet of the same name from the Saw franchise.
He is voiced by Anthony Miller.

What makes him heinous?[]
- He played torturous games with Craig the Devil for so long, he could no longer handle him, prompting him to drop him off at Marvin's house.
- After Marvin let him into his house, he caused mischief in numerous ways that usually forced his victims to play torturous games:
- He put the remote control inside a vase filled with broken glass and AIDS needles.
- He zip-tied every spoon in the house to knives covered in AIDS, making it difficult for Junior and his friends to eat cereal.
- He flipped Chef Pee Pee's glass of Gatorade upside down so he couldn't drink it.
- He replaced the toilet paper with a roll of duct tape and offered sandpaper as the only alternative. Rose chose to wipe her butt with the sandpaper, giving her a rash.
- When Marvin calls Craig later on, it's explained that when Billy played this game with Craig, he chose the duct tape, which got stuck to his hand and made him smear poop everywhere.
- He zip tied the phone charger so Marvin couldn't charge Rose's phone. Although he offered to let them cut the zip tie, he zip tied every pair of scissors in the house, and he put the one pair of scissors that he didn't zip-tie into the vase filled with glass and AIDS needles.
- He tried to make Marvin and Rose squeeze a rubber duck spiked with AIDS needles, and he also mentioned that whoever lost the game would die.
- When Marvin tried to make him play normal games, he still thought of ways to incorporate violence and torture into the gameplay.
- When Marvin suggested playing tug-of-war, he insisted on using a barbed wire coated with AIDS as the rope.
- When Marvin suggested playing rock paper scissors, he thought the loser would get a paper cut, beaten to death with a rock, or stabbed in the eye with scissors.
- When Marvin suggested playing a board game, Billy thought they were going to tie someone to a board and saw them in half unless they said their ABCs backwards.
- When Marvin brought out Connect 4 for them to play, he thought that the chips could electrocute people, and that whoever lost would get four fingers cut off, die, or get AIDS. Later, when he grew bored of the game, he put one of Marvin's chips into the vase filled with glass and AIDS needles.
- When Marvin brought out Pictionary for them to play, Billy always chose to draw the most violent options on the cards.
- When Brooklyn Guy rented out a room in his house on AirBNB and Billy rented it, he caused trouble for his family as well:
- When Brooklyn Guy found out that there was no mayonnaise to put on his sandwich, Billy offered him mayonnAIDS, which is mayonnaise with AIDS in it.
- He put laxatives in Brooklyn Guy's beer and covered all the bathroom door handles in the house with barbed wire coated in AIDS, which forced Brooklyn Guy to poop in his pants against his will.
- He set Karen's phone on airplane mode with a timer on it, and by the time the timer went off, it would send a naked picture of her to Jonathan. He then put the phone in a bowl full of glass covered in AIDS so no action could be taken instantly.
- He put a razor blade covered in AIDS on Brooklyn Guy's toothbrush.
- He covered a pillow on Brooklyn Guy and Karen's bed with barbed wire covered in AIDS.
- He used Brooklyn Guy's cell phone to tweet the N-word, making the public think he was racist to black people, before putting it in the bowl filled with AIDS glass.
- He chained Brooklyn Guy and Karen's arms together and trapped them in an unspecified room and tried to coerce them into cutting each others' arms off with a saw coated in AIDS.
- When Junior decided to play tag with him, he suggested playing AIDS tag, and he injected Cody with AIDS before they could start running.
- When Cody complained about getting stabbed with an AIDS needle, Billy tried to give him band-aids that had previously been used by people with AIDS.
- He put an AIDS syringe in one of the corners of Junior's birthday cake and tried to cut it out to serve it to Joseph.
- He tried to stab Cody and Joseph with the Mr. PotAIDSo Head that he gave Junior as a birthday present.
- He spiked a Curious George jack-in-the-box with an AIDS needle, and he showed sadistic pleasure when it stabbed Cody in the head.
- He tried to make Junior, Joseph, and Cody drink lemonAIDS, which is lemonade with AIDS in it.
- When Junior told him to hang out with Chef Pee Pee, he tried to give him AIDS several times.
- He put Chef Pee Pee's spatula on a baking tray covered in AIDS glass.
- He injected Chef Pee Pee's homemade enchiladas with AIDS, forcing him to get dinner from McDonald's instead.
- When a fly bothered Chef Pee Pee, Billy offered to kill it with AIDS (Raids bug spray with AIDS in it), but instead of spraying the fly, he sprayed Chef Pee Pee's food, covering it in AIDS.
- In "The Cheerleading Competition!", he supplied Junior with an AIDS syringe, lying that it was filled with steroids, making him indirectly responsible for Heidi contracting AIDS.
- In "Cody's Hot Potion!", he replaced Dr. Friedrich Finkelshitz's flu syringe with an AIDS syringe, causing him to inject himself with AIDS and prevent him from demonstrating his cure for the flu.
- When he discovered that a cure for AIDS had been developed, he set death traps to get revenge on the people who engineered and funded it.
- He strapped Brooklyn Guy to an electric chair with a timer on it, and he made it so that in order to escape, he would have to dig out his eyeball to retrieve the key to a saw (which he had covered in AIDS), and he coerced him into cutting his non-free hand off with the saw before he gave him the code to the fusebox that powered the electric chair so he could turn it off.
- To make matters worse, he's responsible for Brooklyn Guy having to scoop out both of his eyeballs because he tricked him into digging out his left eyeball first despite telling him that he key was behind his right eyeball.
- He chained Susan to a wall with a bear trap precariously placed behind her head, and he set a timer on the bear trap so it would clamp shut in sixty seconds, and he only offered to turn it off if she ate the entirety of a sandwich filled with human meat. When Susan asked for salt and pepper to put on the sandwich, he only brought back pepper, which made her sneeze and thrust her head backwards into the trap, killing her.
- Although Billy did get angry when this happened, it was because Susan sneezed on his sandwich, not because she failed to eat it before the timer went off, meaning that he showed no care for her at all.
- He chained Mr. Goodman to a board and tried to coerce him into burning all of his money with a blowtorch, lest he would cut off his balls with a machete. When Mr. Goodman refused to burn the money and openly asked Billy to cut off his balls, he angrily did so, and out of frustration that his first attempt at torturing Goodman barely caused any pain or panic, he told him that the only way to escape was by cutting off both his legs with a buzzsaw, and if he didn't, the room would fill up with poisonous gas that would kill him. As Billy left, he turned on the poison gas machine to make Goodman want to cut off his legs faster. Despite all this, it can be argued that Goodman deserved it because he himself has tried to cut off Marvin's nipples and balls numerous times.

- In "Summer School! Part 3", when Craig called him to assist in his lessons about how to do evil things, he spread information about his sadistic obsession with AIDS to the summer school students:
- During the alphabet lesson, he mentioned that he believes everyone should have AIDS and said that AIDS is a good thing.
- During the lesson about what to do if you see an old lady that needs help crossing the street, he mentioned that he would not only leave her in the dust like Craig demonstrated, but he would also stab her with an AIDS needle before getting away.
- During the supply and demand lesson, he greedily demanded AIDS to such an extent, he wished to get more AIDS than anyone else and injected Craig with AIDS before leaving.
- After being told he was not cool, he captured Cody and set a death trap for him where he was suspended upside down with two ropes in his hands and two bowling balls positioned so that if he pulled the wrong rope, they would crush his skull and kill him. Despite him telling Cody that the left rope would set him free, Cody pulled both the ropes and resultingly got crushed.
- He captured PJ Crenshaw, who was completely innocent, and strapped him to a rolling crusher that he had set to slowly draw closer to PJ, giving him some time before he got crushed. While PJ was still alive, Billy tried to coerce him into saying he was cool, but when PJ refused numerous times, Billy quickly crushed him with the rolling crusher out of frustration.
- He captured Junior and Joseph and tied them to a guillotine and a spiked trap covered in AIDS, respectively, with the aim being to either cut off Junior's head with the guillotine or crush Joseph in the spiked trap. He gave them both remote controls that would set them free if they pushed the green buttons, but doing so would come at the cost of killing the other person.
- Although he did set a ten-minute timer that would set them both free if neither of them pushed the buttons on the remote controls, it's clear that he still wanted somebody to die, as he coerced Junior into saying the N-word on accident by making him say "knee grows", and when he said that, he outright called him a racist even though Junior said earlier that he would never say the N-word. When Joseph refused to push the green button, Billy asked Junior if he would rather take Christmas or Juneteenth off the calendar, and when Junior answered Juneteenth, Joseph felt so offended by Junior's apparent lack of regard for the abolition of slavery, he pushed the green button on his remote controls, killing Junior. When Billy asked him to be his best friend after that, Joseph refused, so Billy clamped the spiked trap shut and killed Joseph as well.
- What's worse is that him coercing Junior into saying racist things against black people (even if on accident) makes him a hypocrite, as it was implied earlier that he has standards against hate crimes because he openly admitted that he is not homophobic when Cody asked about it.
- In "Satan Claus!", when Craig called the Huckerdoo family "assholes", he wished that they'd get sent to hell when they die because then he could be there to inject them with AIDS.
- When Steve Staleburger looked at jobs for him to take up after filming for Saw XI was cancelled, Billy sadistically wished for jobs where he could torture people.
- The first three jobs he hoped he would get were as a worker at an AIDS clinic, a worker at an abortion clinic (presumably both so he could infect people with AIDS), and as an executioner at a prison.
- When Steve told him he would get a job as a bank teller, he thought he was going to work at a blood bank. It's later mentioned that Billy had worked at a blood bank before, and he contaminated all of the blood with AIDS.
- When Steve got him a job as a gas station attendant, he thought he was going to work at a poison gas chamber, and after being told that a gas station is a place where gasoline is sold, he thought the gasoline was meant to be lit on fire so it could cause an explosion.
- While working as a bank teller, he tried to trick Mr. Goodman into getting stabbed by an AIDS needle he put in the lollipop jar, and when he finished withdrawing the money from his bank account, he put the money on a rat trap covered in AIDS, so when Mr. Goodman reached in to grab his money, his hand got crushed in the trap. However, it can be argued that Goodman still deserved it.
- When Susan fired him from his job as a bank teller, he injected her with AIDS.
- At the gas station, he injected several unsold condoms with AIDS, intending to spread AIDS to the man who used one, his partner, and their baby.
- When Duggie tried to buy some chips and a Push Pop without any money, Billy told him that he could get the Push Pop for free if he got his complimentary flu shot; he was actually trying to inject him with AIDS without him knowing.
- He gave Duggie a condom that he had earlier injected with AIDS for free and allowed take his chips and Push Pop from the gas station without paying for them.
- While working as a waiter at Applebee's, he tried to offer Marvin and Brooklyn Guy lemonAIDS, GatorAIDS, and PowerAIDS (lemonade, Gatorade, and Powerade, respectively, with AIDS in them) as beverage options.
- He put deadly objects all over Marvin and Brooklyn Guy's food, then covered all the meals with AIDS so as to infect them when they ate the food.
- Despite the high heinous standards of SML, Billy stands out for being the only character overall who actively tries to infect his victims with a life-threatening disease.
- Although him playing torturous games with Craig is off-screen, he does not rely on it to be heinous, as it's mentioned that he played the same games with him as he did with Marvin's family (which are shown on-screen), and his most heinous crimes are always shown on-screen.
What makes him inconsistent?[]
- He is ultimately a parody of his original incarnation, meaning that he is not taken seriously by the narrative, with his character in most videos being one big joke about his complete obsession with AIDS.
- He is highly insecure, as his primary motive is to have fun and make friends, an ongoing goal that he tends to fail because everybody he tries to befriend becomes weirded out by his violent sense of humor and his obsession with AIDS. His insecurities are even the entire premise of the fifth Saw video, "Billy Wants to Be Cool!".
- Furthermore, Craig calls him a nice guy who doesn't have many friends, and Billy explicitly calls Craig his friend in "Satan Claus!".
- He can be genuinely affable at times, such as when Jeffy let him have his tricycle or when Penelope offered to let him play with her Legos.
- He can be sympathetic at times, such as when he genuinely felt hurt because Mr. Goodman confused him for a woman he slept with and called him a "kinky bitch", or when he had a meltdown because he wasn't good at any of the jobs that Steve had set up for him.
- He can sometimes be incompetent when he fails to think of alternative solutions to his traps and puzzles, such as when he failed to think of Brooklyn Guy and Karen escaping together without causing any harm to each other because they were only chained to each other and not to a stationary object.
- He has a few Pet the Dog moments:
- When Brooklyn Guy said he didn't want to put mayonnAIDS on his sandwich, he offered him sugar-free ketchup as an alternative. Although his intention was still to torture him (given that he said it's almost as bad as AIDS), it should be noted that this is one of the rare instances where he offers somebody something that isn't life-threatening.
- When Brooklyn Guy wanted to ask him questions about the death trap he set for him, he turned off the electric chair's timer to answer his questions. He later helped him reach the lock to the saw when he had trouble seeing due to his eyeballs dangling by only their nerves.
