Bill Broth is the main antagonist of the Adult Swim short Too Many Cooks. He is an enigmatic serial killer that randomly appears in various shots of the show that the short takes place in, and is depicted stalking and murdering members of the Cook family.
He was portrayed by William Tokarsky.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- Chases several people with a machete during the animated segments.
- He kills many people infected by Intronitis, a mysterious disease that turns people into sitcom characters, throughout the short.
- Kills Candace Mabry by stabbing her in the face with a machete.
- Sneaks up behind Ben Peck and presumably beheads him.
- Kills Dan Triandiflou by throwing a knife into his back during a game of tennis.
- Kills Elena Norde off-screen, with the last scene of her being Bill dragging her away from a door.
- Drowns Any Rollins in the kitchen sink.
- Chases Katie Adkins through the sitcom set before brutally killing her.
- Kills Kayte Giralt and Will Dove while they were doing their superhero transformations.
- Kills Detective Derick Huffmaster by stabbing him in the head with a machete while he was investigating the death of Kayte.
- Kills Sue Carr and leaves her decapitated head in the kitchen sink.
- Kills Aimee Holmberg in the living room.
- Takes a severed foot out of the oven and is shown to be eating it along with the heads of three other people not previously seen before.
- Is implied to be the leader of B.R.o.t.H., whose goal is to destroy humanity, which is implied from the fact that C.O.O.K.S. is stated to be protecting humanity from them.
- He takes sadistic joy in his killings and cannibalism.
- Ultimately gets away with his actions as he's still present in the show even after Smarf resets everything.

- His actions are played for dark comedy, preventing him from being NPE or PE.
