“ | Just keeping Gotham safe. | „ |
~ Batman's catchphrase. |
Batman (likely named Bruce Wayne) is a one shot character on the Meme Zee channel, serving as the titular protagonist of the short "Batman Be Like". Unlike the character he is based on, this Batman is a delusional murderer who kills people for increasingly petty reasons in his delusional goal of keeping Gotham safe.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- Kills Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson when Dwayne tries to cross while the light is red. Given there were no cars seen, Dwayne likely didn't even endanger anyone.
- When a young boy tries to pay one cent less for a pack of Dietz Nutz, Batman hospitalizes him. Given a flat beep is heard at the hospital, its likely the child died.
- What makes it worse is that the child didn't even commit the crime, asking the store owner if he could pay 49 cents.
- This begins to show how delusional Batman is, as the child wasn't even endangering anyone.
- When Vin Diesel misparks his car, Batman blows up the planet, killing billions of people, including Vin Diesel, the young boy Batman hospitalized (assuming he was still alive) and all of Gotham. The only possible survivor besides Batman is an astronaut, as a sound which seems similar to "Whoa!" being said over the radio is heard in the background, but that could have been a radio whir.
- What's worse, Batman did this despite Vin Diesel promising to fix his car later and being visibly frustrated at the event.
- Faces no comeuppance for his actions, hopping of into space after the planet is destroyed.
- While Batman claims to defend Gotham, it is just delusional, as not only did Vin Diesel or the Kid not endanger anyone, but all of Gotham was destroyed when the Earth blew up, showing Batman destroyed the city he swore to protect.
- Even assuming the Meme Zee series is connected (unlikely given how many times the Earth is destroyed and how many identities Dream has), Batman stands out from all the other people who destroyed the Earth due to his low resources compared to them all(especially Obama, who is shown to have superpowers), and the fact that the others intended to keep some people alive or had the results of their attempt not shown.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- Batman's video is a parody, where his dark actions are played for comedy by the narrative and there is no central message, with even the "message" of Batman being like that not being shown, given the comic characters enormous distance from this portrayal.
Trivia[]
- Along with Batman The Silenced, this Batman is one of two versions of Batman to be Inconsistently Heinous, and the only one out of a fanwork.
