Andi Novikov is the main protagonist of the Eddsworld comic Redsworld: Evolved.
He is the adopted son of the Red Leader, along with his personal assassin. His role in the universe is debated, as while outwardly he appears evil and soulless, he is simply misguided and awkward, as well as generally desensitized to death from a young age.

What Makes Him Heinous[]
- He had killed dozens of people and was heavily implied to have killed hundreds.
- He attempted to kill his ex, Tom Jr., and temporarily crippled him.
- He had injured multiple of his father's own soldiers out of "instinct".
- While some of his kills were done on the orders of the Red Leader, he still made them more brutal than what was requested.
What Makes Him Inconsistent:[]
- He's simply way too tragic to be NPE:
- At a young age, he was forced to kill and rob people to feed his family, he was generally desensitized to death and was visibly bitter when anyone talked about their "normal" lives.
- Those same parents left him without a warning when he was a teenager, presumably because having a serial killer in their "protection" was a liability.
- After being adopted by the Red Leader, he found out he was deathly ill from a disease one of his victims had in his blood he accidentally swallowed. He was confirmed to be cured with the use of experimental strength enhancers that really only brought him back to a human strength level.
- His adopted father was not good at what he did despite trying very hard, so he hadn't learned social skills from him either.
- Overall, he's portrayed sympathetically for a lot of times.
- He's shown to be very caring to some people:
- He knew he was a danger to society, and he used aggression to keep people he cared about away from him.
- He showed genuine care for Haynes, rescuing him even from the Blue Army's clutches even though he was a liability to his safety.
- He also rescued Terri, simply because Haynes asked him too.
- He tried not to kill innocent people, to varying degrees of success.
- He had been shown to be protective of people he cares about, and despite what happened between them and the aforementioned incident, he hasn't attempted to kill Tom Jr again despite many times when it would have been easy.
