Alexa Christine Carlisle is one of the Partners and leaders of Providence, and one of the three central antagonists (alongside Marcus Stuyvesant and Carl Ingram) of the Hitman video game series, as well as one of the three unseen overarching antagonists of Hitman: Codename 47 and one of the three secondary antagonists of the World of Assassination trilogy.
She served as a background antagonist in HITMAN, one of the three main antagonists of HITMAN 2, and one of the three secondary antagonists of HITMAN III, where she would also be the target of its second mission "Death in the Family".
She was voiced by Moir Leslie.

Background[]
- While in Providence, orchestrated the Falklands war and played both sides of the cold war to providence’s advantage, Alexa also turned an Institute for Human Betterment into an assassination service,
- Depending on the accusation, Alexa also killed her younger brother Montgomery with her Butler Mr. Fernsby or she did it with her brother Zachary hence making his daughter Emma very vengeful towards Alexa and Zachary and poisons him later on, but regardless, she killed her own brother Montgomery.
- Lead the world by doing so many criminal things.
HITMAN[]
- Oversaw the virus development by Ether & Silvio Caruso in Sapienza who they intended to use as a bioweapon.
- Oversaw the military coup in Marrakesh by Reza Zaydan.
- After her plans with the other partners are foiled they send their Constant Arthur Edwards to Contact Erich Soders to gain control over ICA activities and make them go to war against the Shadow Client Lucas Grey framing him instead of them, while Lucas Grey & his private militia aren’t good people, it’s still bad.
HITMAN 2[]
- Gives Agent 47 and Diana contracts to murder Grey’s associates.
- After Janus was killed, she makes Arthur Edwards go to the Isle of Sgail for his funeral while also ordering him to inject himself with a poison chip as a failsafe so if something happens he can be killed with a remote trigger, thus proving his loyalty and so that they could be safe.
- After Edwards is kidnapped she Fakes her death with the other partners to avoid the same fate as him as he was compromised and the other operatives who were killed by Grey and run away, while at the same time, their families have no idea.
- Flees to the Burj al-Ghazali skyscraper to lay low under new identities thanks to Haven.
HITMAN III[]
- When 47 and Grey arrive at the skyscraper, Carlisle flees.
- After Edwards exposes them and has all the funds and control of Providence she swore revenge on him.
- Goes back to Dartmoor with her Family in the providence birthplace.
- Sets up a fake funeral for herself.
- In one situation she has her brother Zachary killed by Mr. Fernsby so she can preserve the Carlisle Legacy.
- If 47 accuses Emma of murdering Zachary, Alexa implies that she will take care of Emma if she attempts to kill her.
- If 47 accuses Zachary killed himself Alexa will admit she killed her brother Montgomery and also when asking for money Alexa will scam the Detective saying she has nothing then sending him out.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- Despite not showing it much she is shown to care very much about her family, even when 47 coerces Alexa into thinking her brother Zack killed himself because of her, Alexa herself will commit suicide by jumping off a balcony.
- She has a sense of honor as when Detective 47 asks for the file on Arthur Edwards after solving a murder mystery, seeing through the disguise but went align with it, she gives it to him as payment, while asking 47 to make Edwards suffer.
- She is deeply remorseful about everything she has done including killing her own brother.
- Despite being cold-hearted she is shown to be very affable to everyone.
- She has some comedic moments by cursing Edwards's name in her Private room and her death by electrocution within the family photo is played for laughs.
- She cares for her butler Mr. Fernsby.
