| “ | Why are you guys so anti-dictators? Imagine if America was a dictatorship. You could let 1% of the people have all the nation's wealth. You could help your rich friends get richer by cutting their taxes. And bailing them out when they gamble and lose. You could ignore the needs of the poor for health care and education. Your media would appear free, but would secretly be controlled by one person and his family. You could wiretap phones. You could torture foreign prisoners. You could have rigged elections. You could lie about why you go to war. You could fill your prisons with one particular racial group, and no one would complain. You could use the media to scare the people into supporting policies that are against their interests. | „ |

Admiral-General Haffaz Aladeen (حفظ الدين أميرال عام), also known as Allison Burgers, is the titular main protagonist of the 2012 satirical comedy film The Dictator.
He is an oppresive dictator of the fictional nation called Wadiya, who inherited his leadership from his late father, which was supposed to be passed on to his uncle Tamir. His selfish decisions and tyranny during his dictatorship was heavily disliked and protested by everyone across the world. In the story, he had a trip to America for diplomatic missions.
He was portrayed by the comedian Sacha Baron Cohen.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- According to his official biography, he killed both his father and all his siblings while poorly framing their deaths as accidents.
- After inheriting his late father's leadership of the nation, he still maintained dictatorship as the way of ruling the nation. He then became a narcisistic dictator of the nation who tried to rule it with an iron fist.
- It's implied that he had sexually assaulted many teenagers.
- He planned to create nuclear weapons and use them to destroy Israel, and if someone asked him in the interviews whether he had developed nuclear warheads, he deliberately ignored those questions.
- He used the word "Aladeen" to make his language's vocabulary more homogenous and confusing. This is also shown to even endanger some lives as one patient was deemed "HIV Aladeen", making it unclear if he has the disease or not which can be dangerous if he had contracted it.
- He frequently ordered his men to be executed if he was not satisfied with their agreements, the most recent one being Nuclear Nadal, the head of the nuclear programme. While it later turned out that pretty much all of them were spared by the executioner and smuggled out of Wadiya, it doesn't change the fact that he intended to have them killed.
- When others asked about whether he had planned to build a nuclear warhead, he purposefully ignored the questions and only paid attention when they stopped asking.
- He actively supported terrorism, as he gave shelter for Osama bin Laden to hide from the US military after they killed the latter's body double.
- After losing his beard, which was the part that people recognized him the most, and lost his position as a dictator, he conspired with Nadal in America to gain his power back.
- When him and Nadal were in a helicopter tour, he started a conversation about Porsche 911 in Arabic, deliberately made the pilots scared and thought they were terrorists.
- When he was back as a ruler of Wadiya, he still kept his dishonest traits, such as rigging elections.
- Even after he started to show his softer and more affable side, he still had some frequent jerkish moments.
- When Zoey revealed herself to be Jewish, he was shocked and irritated.
- When Zoey announced they were expecting a child, he responded "a boy or an abortion?", indicating he still kept the misogynistic viewpoint from his father.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is genuinely affable towards other people, it was shown after meeting Zoey, as he had developed and shown his softer and more affable side towards others. Thanks to his unleashed affability, he tried to rethink of his past deeds and tried to be better for Zoey. He also happened to get along with Nuclear Nadal, whom he tried to execute.
- He was also On & Off, as he has done many admirable deeds as Allison Burgers; such as helping Zoey in her grocery store, making it the best store in Little Wadiya; helping a pregnant woman to naturally give birth to her child; and stopping his uncle Tamir from causing chaos in America, as well as attempting to take over Wadiya as an oil baron.
- He can be seen as tragic, as his mother was killed shortly after he was born and he was raised into a dictator by his father. Given how he becomes nicer shortly after being exposed to the outside world, it is very likely he was only ruthless due to it being all he ever knew.
- As a parody of multiple real life dictators, he was taken too comedically.
- One notable example was when he made a speech about dictatorship, without posing any threatening tone, but was rather naive and humorous.
- At the end, although he still kept his dishonest traits (such as rigging votes) like before, he still tried to be a better person and tried to make Wadiya a friendlier nation than before.
